The First Post.....

So this is the illusive first post.

I decided to start this as a way to help vent the frustrations of a Help Desk worker. Being in level 1 tech support you get to deal with quite a few different issues everyday. Some legitimate and some well, its just that people arent always as bright as you seem.

I will be posting technical tips and tricks as well as posting my frustrations on some days.
